The building where Le Sun Chine Hotel is located, belonged to Sun Bo Qun who owned the first private flour factory in China. The mansion was built by a british bank in the beggining of the XX century. The hotel has 24 appartaments decorated in different styles which cover a surface of 16.700 m2.

Dadas estas características, los arquitectos optaron por un esquema de baja altura, de morfología fragmentada y una configuración de espacios de transición de múltiples niveles que permitió atenuar el peso volumétrico del conjunto con moderno diseño, generado con superposición y juego de volúmenes y materiales. |
